Refund Policy
At My Aurora Space, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that there may be instances where you need to return or exchange a product, and we are here to help. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds, returns, and exchanges are processed, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2012 of Kenya.
1. Returns and Exchanges
Eligibility for Returns:
- Products must be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns and exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, diapers)
- Personal care items (e.g., pacifiers, bottles) once opened
- Customized or personalized items
2. Refunds
Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
- If you paid by credit card, the refund may take several additional business days to appear on your statement.
Partial Refunds:
- In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., items with obvious signs of use, any item not in its original condition, or items damaged/missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
3. Exchanges

- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired product is unavailable, we will offer you a refund or store credit.
4. Damaged or Defective Products

- We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred for returning the item.
5. Shipping Returns
- To return your product, you should mail it to: Centric Courts, Thindigua.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
