We ship to all regions within Kenya
2. Shipping Rates 
We have categorized different areas and each category has its own price. Before check-out choose which shipping method you'd like 
We ensure same-day delivery within Nairobi if the order is placed before 5 PM and the weather is not rainy
Upcountry Shipping: Rates vary depending on the location and will be calculated at checkout.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders placed before 5 PM on business days (Monday to Friday) will be processed and shipped the same day.
Any reason that might hinder same day delivery is communicated with the client immediately
4. Delivery Timeframes
Nairobi: Same-day delivery for standard shipping.
Major Cities and Other Locations (e.g., Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru): 2-3 business days.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order through our website under "My Account."
6. Shipping Restrictions
Some remote areas may require additional delivery time. In such cases, our customer service team will contact you to arrange alternative delivery options.
7. Missed Deliveries
If delivery is attempted and no one is available to receive the package, our courier will contact you to reschedule. If we are unable to reach you, the package will be returned to us, and additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
In the rare event that your package is damaged or lost during transit, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the damaged goods or within 7 days if the package is lost. We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
